I would rate a five because the doctors and nurses that I interacted with were lovely, caring, and very helpful. I would definitely go here again for the doctors and nurses. I had some issues at the front desk and honestly some of it was technology-based and could not have been controlled by them. However, when the technology didn't work correctly (through no fault of the company or the bank), the front desk demanded my copay from another means (a tad rudely) instead of offering to get to the root of the issue (which again was technology). At one point the receptionist said to me "You don't have $25??" I used my other means of payment, but since the card I needed to use was for medical expenses, it's not feasible to never use that card at this location. At this point I have to do the legwork to find out the root of the issue and how I can best solve it if I want to continue as a patient there. The lack of customer service from the front desk is evident and has caused me to not return.
